Falls Community Health (FCH) is a community medical and dental clinic located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The goal of FCH is to reduce health disparities by providing high quality, accessible, and affordable health care. FCH serves patients at four sites: the main site and three schoolbased sites. The sites are funded by the Bureau of Primary Health Care, and all services are available to residents regardless of their ability to pay.
