The clinic serves a large hispanic population including migrant farm workers. Many of our staff are bi-lilngual, but we also have interpreters available. We are an integrated clinic, with Mental Health and Dental on-site. We accept all insurances including Medicaid and Medicare etc. We specialize in Community Outreach, Diabetic education, and enrollment assistance. We have been gradually growing our patient base, and have recently opened a clinic in Montrose. The Western Slope of Colorado is an outdoor person's paradise. We are located about 1 1/2 hours from skiing in Telluride, and about an hour from Skiing on the Grand Mesa at Powder Horn. We have mountain biking and road biking out your back door as well as fly fishing, hunting and hiking. We are 15 minutes from the towns of Montrose and Delta on either side of us, and about 40 minutes from the City of Grand Junction where the Beautiful Colorado National Monument is located.
