Northland Community Health Center is a Primary Health Care Clinic. We are committed to providing access to affordable and quality health services. Our vision is to be the provider of choice, improving the health of people we serve. NCHC provides quality primary care and preventive services in the areas of physical, mental, oral and behavioral health to all people, regardless of ability to pay. Health centers are community-based and patient-directed organizations that serve populations with limited access to health care. These include low income populations, the uninsured, those with limited English proficiency.
