Healthy Kids Clinics provide the opportunity to receive convenient, high-quality health care from medical professionals at the school.

In September 2014, Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. began a school-based health center program known as Healthy Kids Clinics. The program, now integrated into 13 school districts, includes onsite visits with licensed heath care providers. A Nurse Practitioner, LPN, School Health Case Manager, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker complete the Healthy Kids Clinic team. Onsite services offered include acute care visits, well child visits, physicals, and immunizations. Behavioral health services are offered in select school districts. Physical exams and immunizations are conducted by our licensed healthcare providers during regular school hours; parents/guardians may also be present for the exam should they choose. All services are provided only to students with parent/guardian permission prior to the requested service. If a child does not have health insurance, a guardian can call the administration office and our assisting staff will assist them in obtaining coverage.
