NorthEast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services (NEON) whose mission is to increase access to quality, caring services.
NorthEast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services, Inc. (NEON) is an FQHC network of community health centers dedicated to improving access and reducing health disparities in Greater Cleveland. In addition to dental care, services include family medicine, adult medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, OB/Gyn, and behavioral health. Several health center sites provide ancillary services such as laboratory, pharmacy, podiatry, and ultrasound. Patients have access to services seven days a week through extended evening and weekend hours at the Collinwood Health Center. NEON is accredited by the Joint Commission.
