Services provided include: allergic reactions, headaches and ear aches, coughs, colds and sinus infection care, management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, weight management, COPD, family planning, birth control and other gynecological issues, primary care annual check-ups and physical exams, minor laceration repair, medical screenings, lab testing and EKG/ECG, fever and flu treatment, tobacco cessation, vaccinations for children and adults, wellness counseling and behavioral health services.
