About Us
Vision: every Idaho community is healthy and thriving through our commitment to outstanding care and the education of healthcare leaders
Full Circle Health has been serving the needs of Ada and Canyon Counties since 1975. As one of the first Teaching Health Centers which combines an FQHC with a primary care residency training GME program, our mission remains dedicated to serve the vulnerable populations in Idaho with high-quality, affordable care provided in a collaborative work environment and train outstanding broad spectrum family medicine and pediatric physicians, clinical pharmacists and clinical psychologists to work in Idaho with emphasis on underserved and rural areas. FCH provides comprehensive primary medical care and behavioral health services through a patient-centered medical home delivery model. FCH has 50 different languages identified among the patient population and we offer culturally and linguistically appropriate care. We meet the educational part of our mission through five distinct residency programs in family medicine and pediatrics, six fellowships, a pharmacy residency and psychology internship.
