We provide quality lifesaving services to homeless, low income, and at risk communities through a holistic model of integrated healthcare.
East New York Health Center was founded in 1998 to provide a home for people with AIDS in a neighborhood hard hit by the AIDS epidemic. The demand for our services in the area has allowed us to expand and serve the entire community. Primary care services are now available at our newly renovated facility to all individuals, regardless of their financial or insurance status. East New York Community Health Center accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most insurance and offers a reduced sliding fee schedule based on a person income and family size. Services provided at this location include: - Medical Care - Housing - OASAS Drug Treatment Program - LGBT-Centered Services - Youth Services
