Community Health of South Florida, Inc. a non-profit health care organization provides quality, primary and behavioral health care services to the residents of rapidly growing South Florida. CHI operates 13 state of the art primary care centers, 35 school based sites and two mobile units. CHI is accredited by the Joint Commission and offers a "one-stop-shop" model where the organization and delivery of services are seamless, affordable, accessible and culturally sensitive.
