Community Health Network’s mission is to enhance the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

Community Health Network’s Behavioral Health Services (BHS) contains over 150 inpatient beds and 2 Indiana DMHA certified Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) serving over 20,000 clients per year. The two CMHCs serve the broader Indianapolis region (Gallahue) and the northcentral Indiana region (Community Howard). BHS maintains a 24/7 crisis line as well as integrated behavioral health specialists serving in primary care practices. BHS has 3 current NHSC certified clinic locations located in Kokomo, Frankfort, and Anderson Indiana. Each of these sites provides comprehensive services that include, but are not limited to: screening and assessment; diagnosis; treatment plans; therapeutic services (including access to psychiatric medication prescribing and management, chronic disease management, and substance use disorder treatment); crisis care (including 24-hour crisis call access); case management; consultative services; and care coordination.
