The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health (MCNDH) is one of the largest tribal health systems in Oklahoma. MCNDH provides primary care, urgent care, dental, optometry and behavioral health services to Muscogee citizens and Native Americans with CDIB cards. MCNDH also offers specialty services in pediatrics, wound care, physical therapy, diabetes management, pulmonology, rheumatology, and outreach services including health promotion, disease prevention and tobacco cessation.
